{1}tonight we are going to dinner at a special restaurant [for us] and then heading up to park city for the night and part of the day tomorrow to celebrate our anniversary [which is on monday]. i'm so excited.
{2} my conversation with my sweet crazy boy who is so crazy today that he is missing all of music. to which i also found out today that my class has the least amount of stickers for good behavior in music in the whole school. yeah. that'd be my class.
"i eat so many raisins and craisins. i even made a peanut butter sandwich with raisins and craisins...and one more thing......."
"do you make your own food?"
"yeah. last night i made macaroni and cheese pie!"
"how did you make that?!" [slightly disgusted]
"you take macaroni and cheeeeeese, and then you put hooooot dogs on it, and then you put yogurt--any kind of yogurt, even frozen yogurt and then you mix it altogether and eat it and it is soooo good."
[notice the emphasis he gave to frozen yogurt--my kids know me so well]
and also this today from my "seriously, i'm serious! you look so good today!" boy.
"mrs. hopper. do you like my shirt today?"
"yes i do!"
"I picked it out because I wanted to look good for you."
OW OW!! i just smiled.
