green apples

i've never been much of a green apple fan.

unless it came with chocolate and caramel and other goodies on top

[i.e., rocky mountain chocolate factory's chocolate candy apples]

i much prefer galas or fujis.

but i [almost] always add a green apple to my veggie juices [less fructose].

today while i was cutting that green apple for my juice, i had a little slice. and then like 3 more.

i think i like green apples now.

[now costco, will you please sell organic green apples, too, not just the organic galas? apples are #1 on the dirty dozen list, you know...]
