so, kenley at 5 months!
* she's SO cute!
* everyone comments on how she looks like a little doll. everywhere we go. all of the time. and about a third of those comments are specific to her looking like a cabbage patch doll. because, she does.
* when you lie her down for a diaper change, she pulls her knees into her chest and then flops her legs down. then does it a few more times. it's cute.
* she has gotten a lot better at pulling down her little lion toy hanging from her car seat.
* she wakes up happy in the morning!!
* and with that, she goes down for bed GREAT!
* she still isn't rolling. and she can only handle about 10-15 minutes of tummy time in the morning, so, there's that. we're always working on it.
* Kenley likes to grab her toes. most of the time, it's the same hand and toe, but sometimes she switches things up and reaches across her body to grab the opposite toe.
* she totally recognizes her daddy. when he is out of town and facetimes us, she lights up and gets the biggest smile on her face.
* SIT UPS! girlfriend does at least 20 a day. she's been doing this for a few months now, but now she's doing it alll of the time. it's like the ground is hot lava and she can't put her head on it. or she just wants to see everything. she's just had the strongest little neck from day 1!
* C H U U U U U N K Y! she's getting so chunky! what happened to her little legs?!
* she likes to take care of her business in the car on the way to the grocery store, or any store or anywhere, really. i change more poopy diapers in the car than i do at home.
* she giggles like crazy, especially at her daddy. no one makes her laugh like daddy. but mama is getting a lot better!
* her playmat is still her favorite thing ever. but, she also loves her bumbo seat.
