the easter bunny brought a pencil and egg with M&M's that [surprise!] used with our easter egg math activity today. [to which one student said, "wow! how did the easter bunny know we needed these for our math!?"] the easter bunny also took the leftover candy hearts from our jar [yeah, from 2 months ago...about time.] and dumped them in the trash to fill the jar with easter m&m's.  the kids thought that was SO FUNNY that he threw the old ones out. they were going crazy all day. so glad that it is spring break.

i took an hour nap after school. i would've slept longer because i was OUT like a hibernating bear in the dead of winter, but my sweet husband called me on his way home from work. my class is so exhausting!
