just so you all know, this is post no. 100. seriously. which doesn't seem right, because i've been bloggin' it up for a few years now. but that was on my old, pre-marriage blog. this is my marriage blog. our family blog, that's not really a family blog because it mostly contains things about me and my class. selfish? egotistic? vain? possibly all of the above. but not really. the mister never blogs. or looks at our blog, for that matter. wait, i take that back--every now and then while i'm blogging on a sunday morning, he'll update himself on the last 10 posts. either way, whenever we have a baby is when it'll become more of "our" blog.  but actually not really because then it will pretty much be solely about our precious little cherub. this is no announcement.

on to the good stuff.

em + b got married on saturday in the newport beach temple.  it was a perfect day: gorgeous weather, cute couple, perfect bridesmaids [oh wait, that's me and my sisters], fun reception [cotton candy, popcorn, novelty ice creams, candies, blake's grandma jean's desserts, photo booth...what more do you need?!]. we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

ila and i were twins! curls + purple skirts. she is precious. just precious. and i told danny + denae i would buy her. we agreed on a price: med school tuition. unfortunately my teacher salary won't cover that. [also, i would buy luke too. those kids are just so cute and melt my heart.]

fantastic day. i love weddings. this was my parent's 3rd wedding in 13 months. plus 2 of my best friends got married last year, one 2 months after me and the other 2 months after that. 5th wedding i was in in 13 months. i love it! so fun. 

plus, just so you know. my mom is A M A Z I N G ! and the best wedding planner you will ever have. i don't think she's for hire. maybe. just maybe.
